She is survived by: her daughters, Jacqueline Brazil (Edison) of Mt. Pleasant, Texas, Margo Salnave (Jeff) of Mt. Pleasant, Texas and Tabatha Autry of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; her grandchildren, Brianna Stevenson, Kadeja Brown, Jalen Brown, La'Diamond Price and Margie Price; her great grandchildren, De'Andrae, Leilah, Heaven, Jalen, DeMontric, Ezekiel and Aleah; her brother Christopher; her sister-in-law Tina Matson of Mt. Pleasant, Texas; her sisters, Marilyn Armstead of Mt. Pleasant, Tammie Johnson of Mt. Pleasant and April (Jesse Ivory); her cousin Barbara Waheed of Dallas, Texas; and her close friends, Jeanette Franklin-Mims of Daingerfield and Scott Brison of Mt. Pleasant, Texas. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM at the Tumey Mortuary (611 N Gibson Ave, Mt Pleasant, TX 75455). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Church of the Living God (905 E 8th St, Mt Pleasant, TX 75455). A burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at the Cortznes Cemetery's. O'Tyson.
