It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Clarence Leonard Doggett of Mount Pleasant, Texas, who passed away on February 5, 2021, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Doggett and Evie Lee Doggett; his wife Laura Marie Doggett; and his son Michael Doggett. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Michelle Verburgt (Jonathan) of Selma and Rick Doggett (Leslie) of Lubbock; his great grandchildren, Alex Lunsford of Cheyenne and Kyle Callahan of Texas City; his sister-in-law Mary Carpenter of Naples; his nieces, Mary Ellen Rayfield (J. B.) of Mansfield and Sheri Russell; and his great-niece Chantilly Berryman.
