He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles G. Driggers and Dona Chapman Driggers. He is survived by: his wife Nelda Driggers; his children, Charles Steven Driggers of Texarkana, Texas, Susie Chen of Texarkana, Texas and Laura; his son-in-law George Savage of Commerce, Texas; and his grandchildren, Brad Schucker, Brian Schucker, Leslie Ponko, Tiffany Qu, Alisha Driggers, Tyler Driggers, Kayleigh Rapp, Zack Driggers and Jake Driggers. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.

Memorial donations can be made to the Mount Pleasant Animal Shelter.
