He was predeceased by: his father Simon Amador Urquiza. He is survived by: his mother Juana Hernandez Sanchez; his wife Jeannie Marie Amador; his children, Carlos Simon Amador, Alazah Arai Amador, Clarissa Marie Amador, Bella Blanca Amador and Chelsea Nicole Amador; and his siblings, Edgar Eduardo Hernandez (Marylee), Blanca Mayvelin Landaverde (Eddie) and Berenice Avalos (Kevin). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
