It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Brenda Owens (Mount Pleasant, Texas), born in Greenville, Texas, who passed away on March 17, 2020, at the age of 55, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: the father of her children Jeffrey Douglas Rainwater; her former husband Jeffrey Douglas Rainwater; her parents, Arthur Airlene Ashley and Nita Pauline Ashley; her brother Obie Ashley; and her father-in-law David Harold Rainwater.
She is survived by: her grandchild Ashley Kay Rainwater; her daughter Lucy; her fiancé Gene; her children, Kyle Rainwater of Las Colinas and Ashley Landry of Forney; her sister Debbie Malone of Mt. Pleasant; her granddaughters, Lucy and Emma Rainwater of Las Colinas; her nieces and nephews, Amber Helmstetler of Mt. Vernon, Ginger Stutzman of Greenville, Brian and Eric Ashley of Greenville; her daughter-in-law Gina Rainwater of Las Colinas; her mother-in-law Virginia Rainwater of Marshall; and her siblings-in-law, Keith Malone of Mt. Pleasant and Delores Ashley of Greenville. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
