She was predeceased by: her parents, Marshall Redfearn and Jennie Lee Redfearn (Rushing); her son David Newman; and her siblings, Neil Redfearn, Mike Redfearn, Marion Wilson, Linda Reed, Jane McElyea and Becky Pounders.
She is survived by: her son Joseph; her daughter-in-law Pamela Newman; her children, Joshua Newman and Julie Beth Newman; her granddaughters, Carolina and Emily Newman; and her sister Carol Winn. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
