It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bertha DeLisle (Mount Pleasant, Texas), who passed away on February 28, 2022, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James Carl Porter; her husband Billy C. DeLisle; her grandmother Della Reeves; her mother Bonnie West Porter Baldwin; her stepmother Evia Blair Porter; her stepsiblings, Leatrice Nevels and Tommy Clyde Milford; her siblings-in-law, Peggy DeLisle Durant and Roger Durant; and her grandson-in-law Robert Benjamin Gambrel.
She is survived by: her children, John DeLisle and Carolyn DeLisle Denny (Weldon Denny) of Celeste, Texas; her grandchildren, Tammy Denny of Cibolo, Texas, Kirk Denny (Cynthia Butler Denny) of Tyler, Texas, Kelly Denny Ehrman and Jim Ehrman of Celeste, Texas; her great grandchildren, Misty Currier Rogers, Chad Anderson, Amber Currier Drummonds, Michael Drummonds, Kamie Currior Galindo, Josh Galindo, Hunter Reece Denny, Kaylie Denny, Mason Cole Denny, Ruth Marie Gambrell, Gabriel Gambrell, Tony Holmes Jr., Gage Holmes, Mia Rogers, Aiden Ledbetter, Autumn Drummond, Porter Drummond, Theodore Drummond, Magnolia Drummond, Scarlette John, Gavin Benton, Jacob Galindo, Chase Anderson and Noah Anderson; and her stepsister Dellavee Kirkham of Midwest City, Oklahoma..
