He is survived by: his wife Ruby Spence; his children, Tara Gray (Robbie), Jessica Blair (Kevin) and David Garrett; his brothers, Raymond Louis Spence (Kathy) and John Steven Spence; his nephew David Payne Jr.; and his nieces, Anna Spence and Caroline Mansour. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
