He is survived by: his wife Emelia Zuniga; his children, Martin Zuniga, Juana Zuniga, Jose Manuel Zuniga, Ascencion Jr. Zuniga, Rosario Zuniga, Ana Zuniga and Angel Zuniga; and his brothers, Pablo Zuniga and Esteban Zuniga.
