He is survived by: his wife Louisa Marie Savage; his children, Shamile Savage, Matasha Smith, Rosatta Neal, Daisy Neal, Rodney Savage, Kevin Laxey, David Neal Jr., Datwane Neal, Xzavion Neal, Robert Smith, Elliott Smith and Jameel Garrett; his siblings, Nadie Savage and Leroy White; and his mother-in-law Sis. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
