In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Rickey leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Rickey may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his father Dempsey Leon Flanagan; and his brother David Flanagan. He is survived by: his mother Yvonne Flanagan of Mt. Enterprise. He is also survived by cousins, other extended family, and friends.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Shiloh Cemetery.
