She is survived by: her children, Cliff Phillips of Alazan, Ricky Phillips of Mt, Enterprise and Donna Jackson of Cushing; her brother James Ray Johnson (Judy) of Alaska; her grandchildren, Kimberly Pablano, Andrew Phillips, Ashley Crawford, Ray Jackson and Taylor Jackson; her great grandchildren, Jazlyn Garcia, Eddie Pablano, Abby Pablano, Kinley Crawford, Kaylyn Crawford and Kash Crawford; and also Mark of Cushing. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other family and close friends.
