He was predeceased by: his parents, Orris Woodrow and Lola D. Lawler Patrick; and his sister Beth Stapp. He is survived by: his wife Betty Patrick of Mt. Enterprise; his son O. D. "Pat" Patrick (Terri Rae) of Montgomery; his grandsons, Darrin D. Patrick (Keri) of Lumberton and Erich Ray Patrick (Laura) of Tomball; his great grandchildren, Harper Reese Patrick and Jayton Erich Patrick; and his sister Betty Honea of Mt. Enterprise. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
The family requests that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations be made to First Baptist Church of Mt. Enterprise, 210 North Railroad Ave. Mt. Enterprise, Texas, 75681.
