He is survived by: his parents, Mike Brightwell (Denna) of Henderson and Jane Brightwell of Henderson; his husband David Blair of Henderson; his daughter McKenzie Heim (Hunter) of Henderson; his stepdaughter Charity Ellis (Matt); his granddaughter Aubrey Ellis; and his sister Kasey Brightwell Shivers (Chris) of Houston.
