He is survived by: his daughter Presley Weatherly; his sister Regina Risinger (Joe "Bubba"); his uncles, Jeff House (Tracy) and Mark House; his aunt Janie Weatherly of Nacogdoches; his close friend C. C. Hanks; and also Brooke Jones.
