It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delco Grounds Jr. of Mount Enterprise, Texas, born in Minden, Texas, who passed away on August 24, 2021, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Delco Grounds, Sr. and Pauline Grounds (Johnson); his son Kim Grounds; and his sisters, Margaret Gossett and Virginia Garrett.
He is survived by: his wife Angelia Grounds (Bradford) of Mount Enterprise; his children, Shawn Collins (Alton) of Garrison and Marty Grounds (Linda) of Mount Enterprise; his siblings, Roger Grounds (Sammie) of Mount Enterprise and Enid Hunt (Bill) of Mount Enterprise; his grandchildren, Jordyn Collins, Dakota Grounds, Britny Lummus, Morgan Whitlow, Polly Grounds, Mercy Grace Grounds, Brooklyn Rentz, Hunter Rentz, River Grounds and Mikaela Grounds; his great grandchildren, Michael, Trevor Ellis, Evan Lummis, Cooper Lummis, Sammy, Abigail and Jessie Whitelow; and his great great grandchild Jack Ellis.
