He is survived by: his children, David Allen Strong, Wiley Strong, Malletta Stietenroth and Elizabeth Strong; and his siblings, Horace Strong (Maxine), Linda Sparks, Dale Auxier (Gary) and Barbara (Howard "Red" Russell). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
