She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Skaggs and Fayrene Foster Skaggs; her daughter Jackie Lynn Willhoit; her sister Betty Bennett; and her great grandchild Jonah.
She is survived by: her former spouse Calton Biggs; her husband C. R. Biggs; her children, Marlin Jones (Buddy), Robert Biggs, Rodney Biggs and Kim Biggs; her siblings, Frances Warwick and Bobby Skaggs; and her grandchildren, Chance, Randi, Kaylie, Dustin, Joey, Cooper, Jacob, Jessica and Jaimee.
In lieu of flowers, the family has designated that memorials be made to the Mound Cemetery Association, P.O. Box 177, Mound, TX 76558.
