He was predeceased by: his father Rae Bazarsky; his sisters-in-law, Sara Levine and Sandra Segal; and his daughter-in-law Katherine G. Bazarsky. He is survived by: his wife Pam Bazarsky; his children, Arlene Hecht (Jerry) and Bobby Bazarsky (Heidi); his grandchildren, Ryan, Jordan, Collin Hecht, Reagan, Will, Brett and Taylor Bazarsky; and his siblings, Howard Bazarsky, Richard Bazarsky and Susan Larsen.
