He is survived by: his children, David Bohuslav Sr. (Carol) of Komensky and Sandra Mullen (James) of Yoakum; his grandchildren, David Bohuslav Jr., Malori Bohuslav, Cole Mullen, Savanna Mullen and Jake Mullen; his great grandchildren, Alli, Madison, Natalie and Brayden; and his brothers, Clarence and Franklin Bohuslav. He is also survived by his wife, he loved his children, he loved his grandchildren.
