She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Belicek and Hermina Trcalek Belicek; her husband Joe Balusek; and her siblings, Wilhelmina Prasek, Joe, Willie, Walter, Jerome and Julius Belicek.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Siptak (Joe) and Glenn Balusek (Robyn); her sister-in-law Theresa Belicek; and her grandchildren, Adam Siptak (Amanda), Joshua Siptak (Melissa), Mark Siptak (Lauren), Sarah Brashear (Jeff), Lee Balusek, Madelyn Balusek, Brent Hill and Meagan Harden. She is also survived by 24 great grandchildren; and numerous nieces & nephews.
