She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Kubicek and Josephina Stasny; her husband V. G. Supak (Buck); her son Larry Supak; and her brothers, Victor and Edwin Kubicek.
She is survived by: her children, Colonel Darrell J. Supak and Linda S. Arnold (Mike) of Moulton, Texas; her grandchildren, Kristopher Arnold (Kristina), Justin Arnold (Christina), Kari Supak, Carlos Supak, Brandon Supak (Olivia) and Paul Supak (Terri); and her great grandchildren, Ashley, Lindsey Arnold, Kellen, Lillian Arnold (Lily), Emma, Jonah Supak and Dominic Supak. She is also survived by her family, friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to be sent in memory of Lillian Supak to St. Joseph's Catholic Church, 601 N. Pecan Street, P.O. Box 399, Moulton, TX, 77975.
