She was predeceased by: her parents, Matt Spann and Clara Spann (Simersky); her great grandchild Jacob Simper; and her brother Adolph Spann. She is survived by: her husband Clarence Bohuslav; her children, Karen Pilat (Calvin), Donna Simper, Connie Avant (Bobby) and Ronnie Bohuslav (Christy); her grandchildren, Morgan Boyd, Taylor Bohuslav, Bailey Bohuslav, Nathan Bartek, Quenton Pilat, Dustin Pilat, Cody Simper, Jill Gonzales, Joshua Avant and Brittany Avant; and her siblings, Evelyn Simper, Barbara Bruns (Kenneth) and Raymond Spann (Esterleen). She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to St. Joseph Social Center.
