He is survived by: his wife Geneva Lee Whittaker; his children, Shirley Elizabeth Sisk and Windell Dwayne Sisk (Carol Ann); his grandchildren, Rebecca Hickman (Jacob), Joshua Sisk (Sarah), Patric Sisk (Meghan), Wendi Sisk, Rhianna Fregia, Hannah Sisk, Lydia Sisk and Faith Sisk; his great grandchildren, Olivia Hickman, Katelynn Hickman and Benjamin Hickman; and his siblings-in-law, Wayne Whittaker (Wendy), JoAnn Whittaker and Judy Whittaker. He is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
