He is survived by: his children, Billy, David Wayne Price (Kim) of Dallas, Jason Uhl Price, William Edgar Price III (B. J.) of Batson, Mark Shirley (Scarlette) of Moss Hill, James, Bubba and Charlotte Price Barker (Raymond) of Moss Hull; his siblings, Jimmy Price (Theresa) of Houston, Phyllis Price of Illinois and Ula Price of Illinois; and his grandchildren, William, Woofie, Harland, Preston Price, Ty Price, Garrett Price, Morgan Price, Raynee Price, Josh Shirley, Austin Shirley, Candence Davis, Ashley Price Ballard and David Price II.
