He was predeceased by: his parents, Vescar Moore and Mami Moore. He is survived by: his wife Myrah Fowler of Moss Hill, Texas; his son Sammy Fowler of Moss Hill, Texas; his brother Dale O'Neil of Moss Hill, Texas; his sisters-in-law, Sheila Nolen (Kenneth) of Madison, Janice O'Neil (Colin) of Conroe and Lisa O'Neil (Myron); and his friends, Donnie Urquidez (Melody) of Dayton, Myrah Urquidez of Austin, Callie Urquidez of Baytown and James Bracewell of Moss Hill, Texas. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family members, and a host of friends.
