She was predeceased by: her son Craig LaFour; her father Roger Dale LeBlanc Sr.; her brother Roger Dale LeBlanc Jr.; her great grandchild Legend Hopper; and her stepfather J. E. Melancon.
She is survived by: her sons, Johnny LaFour, Jr. (Kimberly) and Preston LaFour; her daughter-in-law Christie Garza; her grandchildren, Kaleb LaFour, Chasidy LaFour, Shelby Hopper, Jesse LaFour and Colt LaFour; her mother Judy Norwood Melancon; her stepmother JoAnn LeBlanc; her brothers, Rory LeBlanc (Janie), Robert "Tad" LeBlanc and Paul Melancon; her stepbrothers, Daryl Bell (Robin) and Roger Bell (Sherry); her sisters, Dawn Williamson (Joe) and Amy Lewis (Adron); her sister-in-law Sherri LeBlanc; and her stepsister Crystal Votaw (Daniel). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
