He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, W. H. Clarke Jr. and Jessie Melba; his siblings, Monroe Clarke of Moscow, David Clarke of Moscow, Penny Evans of Moscow, Jerry Clarke of Lufkin and Mark Clarke of Moscow; and his nieces and nephews, Brian Barnes of Nacogdoches, Homer Barnes of Moscow, Josh Clarke of Moscow, Jerri Kay Boyd of Lufkin, Jay Clarke of Moscow, David Evans III of Corrigan and Ondey Clarke of Lufkin.
