He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorsey Wallace and Pansy Wallace; his son Jason William Wallace; and his siblings, Robert Lee Wallace and Virginia Louise Bowman.
He is survived by: his wife Susan; his children, Kristine (John Anderson) and Shawn Wallace; his brother Don Wallace (Linda); and his grandchildren, Lauren Hook, Brandon Anderson, Taylor Anderson, Cody Wallace, Hannah Wallace and Christopher Snider.
