He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Tullos and Mary Lee Tullos (Loving); his wife Mary Ruth Tullos (Davis); his son Lawrence Dean Tullos; and his sisters, Mary Jane Scoggins and Bobbie Jean Dorris.
He is survived by: his children, Kathy Tucker, Shirley Martinez and James Carl Tullos Jr. (Kathy); and his siblings, Peggy Joyce Wells, Patsy Huff (Alfred) and Thomas Tullos (Janice). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren, numerous great grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.
