He is survived by: his wife Moncerrat Zapata; his children, Federico Franco (Maria) of Morton, Texas, Tabita Franco (Jose) of Morton, Sara Franco (Julian) of Morton, Noema Harvey (Peter) of Morton and Irene Rodriguez (Issac) of Morton, Texas; and his siblings, Maria Lopez, Delfina Venegas, Dora Venegas, Maria Lovano, Minerva DeLeon, Ralph Hernandez and Eliseo Franco. He is also survived by his seventeen grandchildren; and his seven great-grandchildren.
