He is survived by: his father Victor Sanchez; his wife Margarita Ornelas Sanchez of Morton Texas; his children, Miguel Ornelas of Morton and Hermelinda Soliz (Aureliao) of Laredo; and his siblings, Edelmira Ruiz of Kansas and Victor Sanchez Salazar of Kansas. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
