He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jose Rodriguez, Lupe Rodriguez, Jesus Rodriguez, Francisco Rodriguez, Celia Perez and Teresa Reyes.
He is survived by: his wife Maria Del Carmen Rosales; his children, Ruben Rodriguez (Kristi) of Morton, Marcelo Rodriguez Jr. of Morton, Randall Rodriguez (Ana) of Morton, Pablo Alberto Ruiz (Nancy) of McAllen, Texas, Roxanne Enriquez (Jamie) of Shallowater and Rosie Rodriguez of Morton, Texas; and his sister Josefina Pena of LaVilla, Texas. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
