She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Tarver and Rachel Tarver (Winder); her husband Humphrey Barnwell Barker (H. B.); and her sons, Philip Barker and Douglas Barker.
She is survived by: her sons, Daniel Barker (Beverly) of Lubbock and John Barker (Jamie) of Morton, Texas; and her grandchildren, Dolle Barker, Natalie Owens (Jacen), Lynna Zapata (Paul), Shaun Barker (Ashley), Sarah Parrish (Ryne), Caleb Barker and Caley Barker. She is also survived by her eleven great-grandchildren.
