He is survived by: his wife Ruby Chavez; his children, David Garza Jr. (Emily) of Morton, Texas, Samantha Marquez (Angel) of Morton and Rebecca Garza of Morton, Texas; his mother Consuelo Vestal (Martinez) of Morton, Texas; and his siblings, Tiva Kulak of Fresno, Lessivia Alvarez of Fresno, Anna Garza of Tyler, Tressa Vestal of Levelland, Texas, Trina Williams of Morton, Texas, Richard Garza of Morton, Johnny Garza of Tyler, Abram Garza of Levelland and Alex Garza of Fresno, California. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren.
