He was predeceased by: his parents, Francisco Alvarez and Rosa Alvarez (Flores); and his sister Kathy Alvarez. He is survived by: his stepfather Rafael Franco; and his aunts, Elida Alvarez and Janie Soliz. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
