He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie D. Young and Vivian Saulters Young; his brother-in-law Billy Wayne Mangum; and his son-in-law David Camden. He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Beals of Canyon; his grandson Coleton Camden of Canyon; his brother Ray Young of Temple; and his siblings-in-law, Lynne Young, Jerry Don Mangum of McGregor and Julie Mangum. He is also survived by several Nieces and Nephews.
