It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Steven Leslie Skipper of Morgan, Texas, born in Waxahachie, Texas, who passed away on February 7, 2024, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Anita Skipper; his sister Shirley Lawler; his children, Shelli Acker, Heather Randolph, Joshua (Mayra Skipper), Joseph (Stephanie Skipper), Jonathan (Jessica Cerrone) and Lance (Sara De Leon); his sister Sandra Batson; his son Scott Skipper; and his parents, Sam Skipper and Christine Skipper Chandler.
