She is survived by: her grandsons, Dewayne Taylor Ball and Canaan Ball; her husband Glenn Slack; her children, Hank Ball (Jan), Randy Ball (Ann), Tom Ball, Andy Ball (Elizabeth), Becky Henderson (Waylon) and Eric Ball (Elaine); and her stepchildren, Glenda (Bob), Duddington, Albert Glenn Jr. (Denise Slack), Kim, Craig Harvey and Stacey Slack.
