She is survived by: her children, Sandra Spurling (Jerry), Janie Pinnell (Harland), Nora Mayberry (Dan), Angie Irby (Jerry), Charles Dickey, Jr. (Diane), Alan Dickey (Helen), Rusty Dickey (Pattie) and Paul Dickey (Kami); her brothers, William Hanshew, Tommy Hanshew and Alfred Hanshew; her extended family, Billie Ruth, Ricky Don Jourden, Mike, Cindy Drain, Donna Kay Jones, Arlene Swiney, Gay, Stanley Myers and Doug Swiney; and her friend Nancy Flurry. She is also survived by 31 Grandchildren; 27 great-grandchildren; 2 great -great-grandchildren.
