Charles Owen Obituary

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles Owen of Morgan, Texas, born in Grand Prairie, Texas, who passed away on November 21, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Arville Owen and Jeanne Woods Owen; and his brothers, Ollie, Jerry and Jim Owen.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy Scott; his children, Tara McKey (Daniel) of Austin, TX, Austan Owen, Haley Owen (Wade Sikking), Amanda Campbell (Matthew) and Adam Scott; and his sisters, Elizabeth King of Lakeside Village, TX and Ellen Thompson. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation.
