He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Eugene Phillips and Mary Ruth Cowden Phillips; and his brother John Phillips. He is survived by: his wife LaDonna Phillips; his children, Michael Phillips (Teresa), Richard Phillips (Lillie), Carol Auvil (Paul) and Debra Muni (Todd); and his siblings, Mary Dee Campbell, Patrick Phillips and Guy Eugene Phillips. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren.
