He was predeceased by: his wife Adella Miller; and his siblings, Jesse Stanford, Mae Henry, Pauline Hart, Grace Isbell, Horace Miller and Kenneth Miller.

He is survived by: his children, Harold Loyd Miller Jr., Peter Camacho and Paula Higgins; his grandchildren, Becky Camacho Vosika of Kailua Hawaii, Christopher Camacho of San Francisco, Casey Camacho of San Antonio, Jennifer Higgins Peterson of Peachtree City, Janell Higgins of Abilene and Jeffrey Higgins of Hamlin; his great grandchildren, Natalie Sonberg, Vivian Vosika of Kailua Hawaii, Bailey Beasley of Tuscola and Tyler Higgins of Peachtree City; and also, Carolyn, Debby and Tommy Joe.
