She was predeceased by: her parents, James W. Cook and Katherine E. Cook; her sister Janet Fest; her daughter Lisa Kay McCulloch; and her close friend Travis J. McCulloch.
She is survived by: her siblings, Donna Wofford of Devine and Butch Cook of Pearsall; her daughters, Karen Morgan (Trevor) of Lakehills and Trish Martinez of Moore; her grandchildren, Kaylee Elizondo (Bobby), Kailum Rooks, Kurtis Rooks, Natalie Morgan and Tyler Martinez; and her great grandchildren, Isaiah, Karine, Karlee, Kasidee, Quentin, Harlen, Aden, Mila, Kree and Steely. She is also survived by relatives, nieces and nephews and friends.
