He was predeceased by: his parents, George William Evans and Ina Evelyn Griffin Evans; and his daughter Sandy Whitaker. He is survived by: his wife Johnnie Faye Evans; his children, Randy Brown (Karrie), Bobby Evans, Nancy Pierce (Ed), Robbin Yarbrough and Donna Rigdon (Richard); his siblings, James Arnold Evans, Ina Beth Oversteet, Billie Jo Evans and Fourteen; and his grandchild Thirty. He is also survived by Thirty-four Great-Grandchildren, and Four Great-Great-Grandchildren.
