She was predeceased by: her parents, Arvin Carlisle and Betty Carlisle. She is survived by: her children, Jessica Smith (Daniel), Kaitlyn Crawford (Daniel) and Jimmy H. Padilla, Jr. (Laura); and her siblings, Sandra Felner, Arvin Carlisle Jr. and William Carlisle. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
