It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Reuben Boyd McAdams of Moody, Texas, who passed away on October 12, 2017, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Rueben Ellard McAdams and Sarah Wittee McAdams; his wife Mickey Ruth Payne; and his siblings, Donald Floyd McAdams and Alma Faye Rowe.

He is survived by: his children, Randy Boyd McAdams (Dorcas) of Moody, Ronald Ray McAdams of Moody and Ruth Ann Marburger (David) of Moody; and his grandchildren, Derek McAdams (Megan), Justin McAdams (Misti), Brandy Gutierrez (Ernest), Zoe Marburger, Devun Marburger, Brandy Marburger, Alexis Marburger, Alex Marburger, Donnie McAdams, Timothy McAdams and Kimberli McAdams. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
