He was predeceased by: his mother Linda Lee Fowler (Gwatney). He is survived by: his father Bill Joe Fowler; his wife Rebecca Fowler; his children, Ryan Fowler (Julie) and Bethany Townsend (Parsons); his brother Brad Fowler (Lee Ann); and his grandchildren, Caleb Fowler, Macy Fowler, Ainsley Townsend and Hudson Townsend.
