With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marie Rager (Moody, Texas), born in Lorena, Texas, who passed away on February 23, 2018 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jones Oscar and Martha Etta Crider Young; her son Bud Rager; her stepdaughter Gilda Reed; and her siblings, Dave Young, Opal Schrader, Mary Young, Joe Young, Bill Young, Simon Young, Walter Young, Jean McCurdy and Shirley Redden.
She is survived by: her spouse Luther Annious Rager; and her daughters, Kathy Foit, Ronny Foit of Chalk Bluff, Debbie Spivey, Bill Spivey of Moody, Lorrie Metcalf, Roy Lee Metcalf of Big Springs, Sherry McDowell and Fred McDowell of Gatesville.
