He is survived by: his wife Lois E Collins; his children, Dwayne Collins and Kathy Collins Ruth; his stepsons, David Benton Yurisich (Sabine) and Chris Yurisich (Nicole Parrales); and his grandchildren, Joshua Collins, Wesley Ruth, Justin Yurisich, Heather Yurisich Simpson, Kaitlyn Ruth White, Sarah Collins, Christian Shoults and Colton Yurisich. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
